\n\tKatseye member Sophia Laforteza will not be joining<\/a> the group for the U.K. and European dates of their upcoming \u201cWildworld\u201d tour, which is scheduled to launch on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a statement posted to social media, Katseye<\/a>\u2018s label said that Laforteza is committed to \u201cfocusing on her well-being\u201d after announcing her temporary hiatus from the group in early August. \u201cThe company remains fully committed to providing her with all the support and resources needed,\u201d reads the statement. \u201cSophia will not be participating in THE WILDWORLD TOUR in Europe and the UK scheduled from September 1 through September 17.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe message continues, \u201cWe sincerely ask for EYEKONS\u2019 warm understanding, as our highest priority will always be the health and long-term well-being of our artists. We will share further updates as they become available. Please continue to send your love, warmth, and support to Sophia and KATSEYE.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThis marks yet another wrinkle for Katseye, which has had a series of swings throughout the year. In February, just after they performed at the Grammys, member Manon Bannerman announced that she would be taking a temporary hiatus from Katseye to \u201cfocus on her health and wellbeing.\u201d Earlier this month, Laforteza announced that she would be following suit so that she could prioritize her \u201cmental health and wellness.\u201d Then, just days before Olivia Rodrigo\u2019s Daisy Chain Fields Festival, where they were slated to perform, the group dropped out of the lineup, citing member Megan Skiendiel\u2019s ankle injury as the reason for their absence.<\/p>\n

\n\tAmid it all, Katseye has continued to soar as a pop force, earning their first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 with \u201cWild\u201d in August. The \u201cWildworld\u201d tour is slated to kick off on Tuesday at Dublin\u2019s 3Arena, with stops planned for Paris, Amsterdam and Copenhagen.
