A neighbour said they were at home yesterday afternoon when they heard what they believed was a man\u2019s scream. <\/p>\n
They said they thought the area where the investigation is taking place was an empty lot. <\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s always just looked like a dump.\u201d <\/p>\n
Debris and building materials could be seen strewn throughout the area beyond the police cordon.<\/p>\n
