She said it would be up to workplace leadership, communication and people-management practices to evolve at the same pace people were using AI.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe organisations that will navigate this shift most successfully won\u2019t necessarily be those investing the most in AI technology. They\u2019ll be the ones investing in strong workplace relationships, effective communication and capable people leadership,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
