They\u2019re arriving to empty streets where they could have been parking, where they used to park.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"brdZfQpMhqMp\" style=\"display:none\">Cerdeira questioned if the negative impact it was worth it for the council because she doubted it was making much money.<\/p>\n<p class=\"brdZfQpMhqMp\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cIt\u2019s just depressing to see a completely empty street.
