BMW\u2019s special \u201c100 Jahre N\u00fcrburgring\u201d edition will be offered in New Zealand, marking the circuit\u2019s centenary with a collection of six high-performance M models.<\/p>\n

The global range will span the BMW M2, M3 Sedan, M3 Touring, M4 Coup\u00e9, M5 Sedan and M5 Touring. BMW New Zealand has yet to confirm which models will be available locally, with allocation, pricing, specifications and arrival timing to be announced later.<\/p>\n

Each car celebrates BMW M\u2019s longstanding relationship with the N\u00fcrburgring, which remains an important development venue for the company\u2019s performance models.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe N\u00fcrburgring is much more than just a racetrack for us. It is a second home for BMW M. All our production vehicles are put through their paces on the Nordschleife. With the Edition 100 Jahre N\u00fcrburgring, we celebrate our longstanding and successful relationship with the N\u00fcrburgring.\u201d<\/p>\n

BMW M CEO Frank van Meel said the edition reflects the connection between the circuit and the company\u2019s road cars.<\/p>\n

All six models will be offered in N\u00fcrburgring Green, a colour developed specifically for the anniversary range. Black Sapphire metallic will be available as an alternative.<\/p>\n

Graphics incorporate the circuit\u2019s \u201c100 Years\u201d logo, \u201cN\u00fcrburgring since 1927\u201d wording and the outline of the Nordschleife. BMW has also applied various combinations of green, black and light-grey accents to the wheels, kidney grilles and bodywork.<\/p>\n

The M2 receives door graphics, a carbon roof with BMW M stripes, carbon bucket seats and black 930 M wheels. Nordschleife embroidery appears on the front headrests.<\/p>\n

Both M3 variants gain graphics across the front doors, C-pillars and rear side sections, along with 826 M wheels featuring N\u00fcrburgring Green accents. The M3 Sedan has a carbon roof, while the Touring receives similar graphics applied to its steel roof.<\/p>\n

The M4 Coup\u00e9 follows much the same formula, combining its carbon roof with edition stripes, green wheel details and a matching kidney grille surround when finished in Black Sapphire.<\/p>\n

For the M5 Sedan and Touring, the package includes 951 M wheels with green accents, body graphics and black Nordschleife embroidery inside. The Sedan uses a carbon roof, while the Touring retains a steel panel with model-specific stripes.<\/p>\n

BMW has not announced any powertrain or chassis changes for the anniversary cars. The M5 variants retain their M Hybrid drivetrains, while the other models continue with their existing performance hardware.<\/p>\n

The edition carries the tagline \u201cBorn on the Racetrack.
