(Source: 1News)<\/p>\n<p>Tiernan said this was an &#8220;isolated incident and those involved are known to each other&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>A 17-year-old male was arrested at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-greyDarkFaded\">1News footage showed police and St John at the scene on Kopu Rd.
