A federal judge in Connecticut has preliminarily approved a plan to distribute about $96.5 million paid by Glenmark, Lannett, Bausch, Apotex, Heritage and Heritage\u2019s parent company, Emcure.<\/p>\n
The states alleged the companies and some executives conspired to limit competition and raise prices for certain generic drugs. The manufacturers have denied wrongdoing and settled without admitting liability.<\/p>\n
