Despite entering the PPO (Pension Payment Order) number and mobile number, the registration failed. The mobile app directed registration towards the official website with an error message asking to visit the treasury office,” a family pension holder said. The app, launched to digitise all pension-related services on one platform, aims to end the need for pensioners to make the rounds of treasury offices. However, low digital literacy and technical glitches have left many struggling. In response, the treasury office has organised a hands-on training session for all drawing and disbursing officers (DDOs), along with pensioners and family pensioners.“Officials will demonstrate step-by-step registration, login, digital life certificate submission, and troubleshooting of common errors,” said an official release. The senior treasury office has appealed to all DDOs and pensioners in the district to attend the workshop and get their doubts cleared on the spot.

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The directorate of accounts and treasuries, Maharashtra and senior treasury office, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar will hold a…

[14
138,222830,84107,303871,303876,246,303864,303865,303875,111,139,69,303874,303870,303869,303868,303872,244,245,303867,303866,303873,303877
post-616944","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-personal-finance","tag-business","tag-chhatrapati-sambhajinagar","tag-digital-life-certificate-submission","tag-drawing-and-disbursing-officers-ddos","tag-family-pension-holders","tag-finance","tag-maha-uplabdhi-mobile-app","tag-maharashtra-directorate-of-accounts-and-treasuries","tag-maharashtra-pensioners-services-app","tag-new-zealand","tag-newzealand","tag-nz","tag-oct-6-workshop-for-pensioners","tag-pension-payment-order-ppo-number","tag-pension-related-services-digitisation","tag-pensioners-app-registration-issues","tag-pensioners-digital-literacy","tag-personal-finance","tag-personalfinance","tag-sambhajinagar-treasury-office-workshop","tag-senior-treasury-office-chhatrapati-sambhajinagar","tag-technical-glitches-in-maha-uplabdhi-app","tag-treasury-office-guidance-workshop
["GET
