From Fuz\u00e9 to Series A<\/p>\n
The fund forms part of Digital Africa\u2019s wider financing pathway for African entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
Its Fuz\u00e9 programme provides earlier pre-seed investment, while DASF supports companies that have reached MVP and traction. Startups that mature further may subsequently become candidates for Series A and growth financing from Proparco and other professional investors.<\/p>\n
The investment process begins with an online eligibility assessment, followed by analysis and due diligence, presentation to the Digital Africa investment committee, and final legal and financial diligence before closing and disbursement.<\/p>\n
