\n\tThanks to the release of the \u201cEncore\u201d edition, a deluxe set introducing the tracks \u201cPatient Zero,\u201d \u201cPink Clouding,\u201d \u201cBabylon\u201d and \u201cCleveland!,\u201d The Life Of A Showgirl (via Republic\/Universal) powers 23-1 on the ARIA Albums Chart<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tWith its return to the chart spotlight, Showgirl makes a notable impression on the ARIA Singles Chart<\/a>, too, with \u201cPatient Zero\u201d debuting at No. 1 for a TayTay chart double. In the process, Swift dethrones Ella Langley<\/a>\u2019s four-time platinum country smash \u201cChoosin\u2019 Texas\u201d (Sony), down 1-2. Close behind is Swift\u2019s \u201cCleveland!\u201d (at No. 3), \u201cBabylon\u201d (No. 4) and \u201cPink Clouding\u201d (No. 5), and Showgirl\u2019s lead single \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia\u201d bounces 14-10 (\u201cOphelia\u201d logged six weeks at No. 1 in October and November). Swift has now accumulated 69 top 10 hits on the ARIA<\/a> Singles Chart, the charts<\/a> compiler reports.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cPatient Zero\u201d is her second leader this year in Australia, after \u201cI Knew It, I Knew You\u201d from Toy Story 5 logged one week at the top of the ARIA Singles Chart in June. Across her career, Swift has accumulated more than 70 weeks on top of the national albums survey,\u00a0dating back to 2010 with Speak Now, which spent one week at the top.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe top new album release belongs to Australian singer and songwriter Julia Jacklin<\/a>, whose fourth and latest LP The Gem (Remote Control Records) sparkles at No. 5. It\u2019s the best-seller for the week on vinyl, and her third top 10 appearance on the all-genres ARIA Chart after 2019\u2019s Crushing (No. 8) and 2022\u2019s Pre Pleasure (No. 2).<\/p>\n

\n\tU.S. singer, songwriter and social media personality Nessa Barrett<\/a> makes her first ARIA Chart appearance with Tough Love (Warner), her third studio album. It\u2019s new at No. 7.<\/p>\n

\n\tMeanwhile, Nothing But Thieves<\/a>\u2019 Stray Dogs (RCA\/Sony) goes walkies into the top 10. The British rock band\u2019s fifth album debuts at No. 9 on the ARIA Chart, published Friday, Oct. 2.<\/p>\n

\n\tTinashe<\/a> also enjoys a top tier entry with Popular (Atlantic\/Warner), new at No. 10. It\u2019s the U.S. artist\u2019s eighth studio album and her first time in the ARIA Top 50.<\/p>\n
