Tom Cruise cannot stop talking about his recent reunion with Kate Middleton and Prince William. The actor appeared at the Hollywood premiere of his new film Digger in Los Angeles on Monday, and used the occasion to gush about the royal couple he had spent time with just days earlier at the film\u2019s world premiere in London<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Extra on the red carpet<\/a>, Cruise singled out the Princess of Wales for particular praise. \u201cShe\u2019s got a great sense, incredible sense of humor,\u201d Cruise said. \u201cI mean, obviously very intelligent and fun. They\u2019re so charismatic and so elegant; that dress that she was wearing? Stunning, absolutely stunning.\u201d (The actor was referring to Kate\u2019s violet Jenny Packham gown, which she paired with the Queen Mother\u2019s Amethyst Sautoir Necklace<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

Cruise then turned his attention to Prince William. \u201cWilliam did well,\u201d the American actor said with a wink. \u201cWay to go. Smart choice.\u201d Cruise also revealed that the couple had reached out to him after the London screening. \u201cYou know, they were shocked and surprised and wrote me later, \u2018Can’t stop thinking about the movie,\u2019\u201d he said. \u201cIt was really beautiful.\u201d<\/p>\n

The comments followed similar praise he offered on the British talk show The Graham Norton Show last week, when he described the couple<\/a> as \u201camazing\u201d and \u201cvery charismatic\u201d after sitting beside them during the London screening. Held at the ODEON Luxe Leicester Square, the glitzy event marked at least the second time Cruise has shared a red carpet at a film premiere with the Prince and Princess of Wales. The three previously appeared together at the UK debut of Top Gun: Maverick back in May 2022<\/a>.<\/p>\n
