Marshals<\/a> is back for season 2. The Yellowstone<\/a> spinoff premiered earlier this year and quickly became a hit for CBS. The new episodes continue to expand the Taylor Sheridan universe<\/a> and follow Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes), who stepped into a new role as a member of an elite US Marshals crew in Montana in season 1.<\/p>\n

Returning opposite Grimes are Logan Marshall-Green, Ash Santos, Arielle Kebbel, Tatanka Means and Brecken Merrill. Yellowstone actor Gil Birmingham is back as Thomas Rainwater, along with Mo Brings Plenty<\/a>, who returns as Mo. Joining the cast this season in a recurring role is Jefferson White, who will bring his Yellowstone character, Jimmy Hurdstrom, to the spinoff.<\/p>\n

Marshals: When to watch the season 2 premiere<\/p>\n

The season 2 premiere of Marshals, titled All Hat No Cattle, picks up where the season 1 cliffhanger ended. It will air on CBS on Sunday, Oct. 4. <\/p>\n

If you\u2019d prefer to watch on\u00a0Paramount Plus<\/a>, access to the series depends on your subscription plan.\u00a0Paramount Plus Premium (which costs $14 a month) includes your local CBS station, which means you\u2019ll be able to watch the episode live. With the Paramount Plus Essential plan (which costs $9 a month), you won\u2019t be able to check out the episode live; it\u2019ll be available on demand the following day.<\/p>\n

Marshals season 2, episode 1, All Hat No Cattle synopsis: \u201cWhen Kayce realizes Tate has been taken hostage, he goes rogue in a desperate race to save his son as the Marshals uncover a powerful criminal operation tied to the East Camp land grab. A violent showdown ensues, putting everything Kayce cares about at risk.\u201d The episode will air live on Sunday, Oct. 4, at 8:30 p.m. ET\/9:00 p.m. PT on CBS.<\/p>\n

You can also watch CBS and the premiere of Marshals without cable. You\u2019ll need to subscribe to a live TV\u00a0streaming service<\/a>\u00a0like\u00a0YouTube TV<\/a>, Hulu Plus Live TV or the DirecTV MyNews\u00a0skinny bundle<\/a>.
