The Galaxy Watch 7 uses Galaxy AI to provide personalized health insights throughout the day, starting with Samsung’s Energy Score, which estimates how ready your body is based on your recent activity and sleep. Runners and cyclists will love that you can compare current workouts to previous ones to measure progress over time. Samsung also upgraded the watch’s heart rate tracking, using AI to better filter out movement during exercise for more accurate readings.

The watch also offers wellness tips tailored to your fitness habits to help you stay on track toward your goals. At night, sleep tracking provides insights into your sleep patterns and can even help detect signs of moderate-to-severe sleep apnea. All notifications, apps, and fitness tracking live on your wrist, making it easy to stay connected throughout the day.

According to former CNET smartwatch expert Lexy Savvides, the Watch 7 is “the watch I’d recommend for most people, as long as you don’t need extended battery life and a tough construction.”
