{"id":622686,"date":"2026-10-06T22:36:14","date_gmt":"2026-10-06T22:36:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/622686\/"},"modified":"2026-10-06T22:36:14","modified_gmt":"2026-10-06T22:36:14","slug":"the-bahnsen-group-acquires-hightower-naples-practice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/nz\/622686\/","title":{"rendered":"The Bahnsen Group Acquires Hightower Naples Practice"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">The Bahnsen Group, a Hightower Company, has acquired its first Hightower advisory practice under the firm\u2019s flagship franchise model.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Hightower Naples, a Naples, Fla.-based wealth management practice with about $1.1 billion in assets under management, will establish The Bahnsen Group\u2019s second Florida location.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">The Bahnsen Group was <a class=\"ContentText-BodyTextChunk ContentText-BodyTextChunk_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wealthmanagement.com\/ria-news\/hightower-to-acquire-9-5b-affiliate-the-bahnsen-group\" target=\"_self\" data-discover=\"true\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">acquired by Hightower in April<\/a> and became another hub within Hightower for integrating advisory firms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Hightower CEO Larry Restieri said he expects his firm to create additional hubs in the future, while continuing to build out the Hightower Signature Wealth RIA channel that he and his team have grown to more than $35 billion in client assets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ContentParagraph ContentParagraph_align_left\" data-testid=\"content-paragraph\">Founder and Managing Partner David Bahnsen created the firm as a lift-out from Morgan Stanley in April 2015, with eight other team members and $600 million in assets. The firm received transitional support from Hightower and opened a satellite office in New York City in 2017.
