BloomBar Caf\u00e9 et Fleurs plans to open its first Manhattan shop on the Upper East Side in late October 2026. The caf\u00e9 and flower shop already has locations in New Jersey and Brooklyn.<\/p>\n

Customers can stop for coffee or browse gifts and home d\u00e9cor. BloomBar also sells clean beauty products and flowers to take home. The company describes its changing menu as organic and clean.<\/p>\n

The business began during COVID as a small flower market in a New Jersey enclave. A caf\u00e9 followed.<\/p>\n

Matcha, cold brew and soft serve<\/p>\n

BloomBar started serving matcha four years ago and imports it directly from Japan. Its lattes use plant and oat milks batched in house.<\/p>\n

As Clean Coffee\u2019s exclusive caf\u00e9 partner, BloomBar serves its single-origin organic cold brew. It also makes vegan soft serve with a fava bean base. The soft serve is non-dairy and gluten free. Salads and fresh pastries from local bakers are available too.<\/p>\n

Flower arrangements and gifts<\/p>\n

The flower market makes signature bouquets and vase arrangements for pickup or delivery. The shops also carry gifts and home d\u00e9cor, with clean beauty products and flowers available to grab and go.<\/p>\n

The founders<\/p>\n

Heleyne and Ronnie Tamir previously owned Cantaloup, a fashion chain on the Upper East Side, in the early 2000s. Before founding BloomBar, Heleyne spent 15 years in luxury beauty and co-founded Surratt Beauty.<\/p>\n

\u201cBloomBar is where people come for life\u2019s small moments, like coffee with a friend or an hour to themselves,\u201d Heleyne Tamir said. \u201cWe want those moments to happen surrounded by beauty, in a space that feels transporting yet completely at ease.\u201d<\/p>\n

BloomBar locations<\/p>\n

The Upper East Side shop is set to be the company\u2019s eighth location, counting its vegan soft serve concept, Ripe. A ninth location is planned for Monmouth Square in Eatontown, NJ, in spring 2027.<\/p>\n

The new BloomBar Caf\u00e9 et Fleurs is at 1226 Third Avenue at East 71st Street, New York, NY, with an opening planned for late October 2026.<\/p>\n

BloomBar\u2019s existing locations in Long Branch, Allenhurst and Deal, NJ, and its Brooklyn shops at 1013 Avenue K and 511 Avenue U are certified by Vaad Kashrus Mehadrin.
