Affleck, 54, also explained why he wants to stay based in Los Angeles for work, rather than travelling the world.

He said: “I’m divorced, I have shared custody, and I don’t want to miss these years. My kids are here, and their life is flying by.

“I don’t want to have to be in Shreveport or New Mexico in order to work. I know some people don’t have the luxury of making those choices.

“I’m certainly fortunate, but I know from experience that the best crews in the world are in LA.”

Affleck recently insisted that striking up romances is not a “big priority in my life” right now following his divorce from Jennifer Lopez, as he is focused on work and being present for his and Garner’s children.

He told Entertainment Tonight: “I work a lot, and I see my kids, and there’s not a lot of room. I’m not running around.”

Affleck insists he is in a “good place” since he and Lopez, 57, finalised their divorce in January 2025 after two years of marriage.

The Good Will Hunting star added: “I’m good and I’m happy. I know what my priorities are. You can’t have two things that are the most important in your life.

“For me that’s the kids. So that’s what that is. And then I have my work, which I love. And, you know, I’m where I’m at, and I’m great.

“Who knows what adventures life will bring? I’m open to it, but I’m not trying to chase anything.”

Affleck, 54, also explained why he wants to stay based in Los Angeles for work, rather than travelling…

[8
1443,111926,15361,272078,156,86200,1300,111,139,69,520,1517,3048,9840,102,40482
post-624681","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-entertainment","tag-about","tag-affleck","tag-ben","tag-coparenting","tag-entertainment","tag-garner","tag-jennifer","tag-new-zealand","tag-newzealand","tag-nz","tag-relationship","tag-reveals","tag-said","tag-truth","tag-with","tag-wonderful
["GET
