Vietnam ranks second in the region at $1,502, followed by Singapore at $1,483 and Thailand at $1,452, according to Japanese price comparison site Nukeni.<\/p>\n

Malaysia is the cheapest among the five Southeast Asian markets surveyed, with the phone costing about $168 less than in the Philippines.<\/p>\n

Globally, Malaysia is the fourth-cheapest market for the 18 Pro, behind the U.S., Canada and Hong Kong. Thailand ranks 10th, Singapore 12th, Vietnam 15th and the Philippines 16th.<\/p>\n

At the other end of the global ranking, T\u00fcrkiye is the most expensive market at $2,804, more than twice the U.S. price of $1,199.<\/p>\n

Brazil ranks second at $2,389, followed by India at $1,704, Finland at $1,690 and Mexico at $1,665.<\/p>\n

Market intelligence firm Counterpoint Research said the 18 Pro and Pro Max cost more in other major markets than in the U.S., attributing price differences to local taxes<\/p>\n
