\n The site, Sometimes.info, is designed for the St Helens community and brings together mental health and suicide prevention resources in one accessible location.\n<\/p>\n
\n Developed with input from local services and people with lived experience, the website aims to make it easier for residents to find support when they need it most.\n<\/p>\n
\n Councillor Eileen Fleming, St Helens Borough Council\u2019s cabinet member for adult social care and health, said: “Most of us know what it\u2019s like to have a hard time and keep it to ourselves, or to watch someone we love go quiet and not know what to say.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Mental health challenges can affect any of us at any time, and it is vital that people know where to turn when they need support.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I want people here to know they matter and that they\u2019re not a burden, and that there are kind people ready to listen.\n<\/p>\n
\n “That\u2019s why Sometimes.info has been created by and for the people of St Helens, bringing together trusted information, practical advice, and local support services in one easy-to-use place.”\n<\/p>\n
\n The website offers information on common mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, loneliness, low mood and suicidal thoughts.\n<\/p>\n
\n It also provides self-help tools and advice, as well as guidance for those concerned about the wellbeing of others.\n<\/p>\n
\n Designed to be simple and accessible, the site uses a darker colour scheme to support visitors who may be seeking help late at night or in the early hours of the morning.\n<\/p>\n
\n Nicola Doyle, project manager of Sometimes.info, said: “The idea behind the name Sometimes is that you might not need the site all the time.\n<\/p>\n
\n “It\u2019s there for when you do.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Sometimes came from looking at how people could find mental health support in St Helens in a different way.\n<\/p>\n
\n “As someone who has experienced low mood myself, I wanted to create one space where people could find help for themselves or someone else, while also offering something often missing from other mental health websites: Instant Help.”\n<\/p>\n
