(Source: 1News)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Police remain in the M\u0101ngere area and are continuing to piece together exactly what happened and how the man came to be injured,&#8221; police said.<\/p>\n<p>Hato Hone St John said it was notified of the incident on Harwell Pl around 12.33pm. It responded with two ambulances, two rapid response units and one operations manager. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our ambulance staff treated two patients and transported them to hospital.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>One person was in a critical condition while another sustained moderate injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Footage shot by 1News from the scene showed armed police officers guarding a vehicle outside the M\u0101ngere Community Health Centre with what appeared to be a bullet hole through the boot.<\/p>\n<p>Police said an injured person was being treated at the medical centre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Two people have been injured \u2013 one critically \u2013 following an incident in South Auckland this afternoon.
