Bandai Namco Filmworks<\/a> revealed in a new trailer on Sunday that the second\u00a0cours<\/a>\u00a0(quarter of a year) of the third anime season<\/a> based on ONE<\/a> and Y\u016bsuke Murata<\/a>‘s One Punch Man<\/a> manga will debut in January 2027.<\/p>\n

Viz Media<\/a> is streaming an English-subtitled version of the trailer.<\/p>\n

Both videos reveal that JAM Project<\/a> is returning to perform the opening theme song titled “Never Done – SUPREME POWER VS ULTIMATE FEAR -.”<\/p>\n

The anime’s website also revealed a new key visual.<\/p>\n

The third season premiered with a recap on October 5, 2025. The overall 25th episode of the anime, the first episode in the third season, aired a week later. The anime is\u00a0streaming<\/a> on Hulu<\/a> in the U.S., Disney+<\/a> in Canada, and Netflix<\/a> in Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand. In Latin America and Oceania, Crunchyroll<\/a> is also streaming the anime.<\/p>\n

J.C. Staff<\/a> is returning from the second season to animate the series. Madhouse<\/a> animated the first season.<\/p>\n

Shinpei Nagai<\/a> (Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san<\/a>, DOGEZA: I Tried Asking While Kowtowing.<\/a>) is directing the anime at J.C. Staff. Tomohiro Suzuki<\/a> returns from previous seasons to oversee the series scripts. Chikashi Kubota<\/a> also returns from previous seasons as character designer, but this time alongside Shinjiro Kuroda<\/a> and Ry\u014dsuke Shirakawa<\/a>. Sakura Murakami<\/a> is now the art director (Murakami previously worked on background art for the second season, with Shigemi Ikeda<\/a> and Yukiko Maruyama<\/a> previously credited as art directors for the second season). Mayumi Tanahashi<\/a> returns as color designer from the second season. Yuki Hirose<\/a> is now the director of photography (replacing Yoshio \u014ckouchi<\/a> from the previous season). Masahiro Got\u014d<\/a>, Yoshikazu Iwanami<\/a>, and Makoto Miyazaki<\/a> all return from the second season as editor, sound director, and music composer, respectively.<\/p>\n

JAM Project with metal group BABYMETAL<\/a> performed the opening theme song “Get No Satisfied!,” and Makoto Furukawa<\/a> performed the ending theme song<\/a> “Soko ni Aru Akari” (“The Light, That’s There”) for the first cours.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The first anime season aired<\/a> in Japan from October to December 2015.\n<\/p>\n

The second season began<\/a> with a television special in April 2019, then the first episode premiered one week later.\n<\/p>\n
