Jennifer Love Hewitt <\/a>and husband Brian Hallisay<\/a> stepped out for a rare public date night.<\/p>\n

The couple, who have been married for more than a decade, attended ABC’s End of Summer Soir\u00e9e in West Hollywood on Friday, September 5.<\/p>\n

Posing for photos, Hewitt and Hallisay, both 46, were all smiles as they showed off their matching black outfits that they had worn for the occasion.<\/p>\n

The pair first crossed paths in 2011 when working together on NBC pilot Love Bites before reconnecting the following year on the set of The Client List.<\/p>\n

Hewitt and Hallisay tied the knot in November 2013 \u2013 just five days before they welcomed their first child<\/a>, daughter Autumn.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wore the only thing in my closet that fit me!\u201d Hewitt told E! News of the wedding in 2014, \u201cWhich was a really nice cotton maxi dress and that was it!\u201d<\/p>\n

The couple went on to welcome two more kids into the fold, sons Atticus (born in June 2015) and Aidan (born in September 2021).<\/p>\n

In 2018, the actors began working together again when Hallisay joined 9-1-1 to portray Hewitt\u2019s character\u2019s abusive husband.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh, he just loves me. He chooses me every day, he\u2019s really kind,\u201d Hewitt gushed to ET at the time. \u201cHe takes care of our kids when I can\u2019t. He\u2019s the best. I honestly couldn\u2019t be luckier. He couldn\u2019t be more opposite of the character on the show, very important for people to know.\u201d<\/p>\n

While the couple are relatively low-key about their relationship<\/a>, Hewitt commemorated 11 years of marriage to Hallisay with a touching Instagram post shared in November 2024.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is us. 11 years married! I\u2019m so grateful we had a little date today to celebrate,\u201d she wrote alongside a selfie of the duo. \u201cI always confuse our actual date by one day and you love me for it. Happy Anniversary my love. Love you always and forever. \u2764\ufe0f.\u201d<\/p>\n
