(Source: 1News)<\/p>\n<p>Smith, who appeared via audiovisual link from prison, is facing two murder charges, one attempted murder charge, and one of wounding with intent.<\/p>\n<p>He also faces a fifth charge of intentionally damaging the tyres on a car belonging to one of the people he&#8217;s accused of killing.<\/p>\n<p>He didn&#8217;t seek bail or name suppression, and has been remanded in custody to appear the High Court on October 29.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-greyDarkFaded\">The morning&#8217;s headlines in 90 seconds, including a man\u2019s killed by a tiger at the UK zoo, and Trump\u2019s plan to rename the Pacific.
