Image: Mark Horsburgh<\/p>\n<p>Speedcafe understands Fraser was told over the Bathurst 1000 weekend that he won\u2019t see out the current campaign.<\/p>\n<p>The move follows a tough run of results in his second full-time season, which has prompted fevered speculation over his future.<\/p>\n<p>He will be replaced by current Erebus driver Murray for the last three rounds of this season ahead of a full campaign next year.<\/p>\n<p>Erebus, meanwhile, is expected to draft enduro co-driver Jarrod Hughes into its #99 Camaro for the rest of this season and next season.<\/p>\n<p>It is the second year straight that PremiAir has elected to relieve a driver of their duties early.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, Richie Stanaway was dropped for the Sandown 500 and replaced by Jayden Ojeda, who continued with the team into this year.<\/p>\n<p>It also continues a tradition of Erebus promoting from within, the team having given the likes of Brodie Kostecki, Will Brown and Jobe Stewart full-time seats after starring co-driver efforts.<\/p>\n<p>An announcement is expected this afternoon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The PremiAir Racing Chevrolet Camaro of Declan Fraser and Nash Morris at the Bathurst 1000.
