Simon Cowell<\/a>\u2019s temporary replacement for Britain\u2019s Got Talent filming has been revealed as the TV judge continues to undergo surgery. <\/p>\n Along with judges Amanda Holden<\/a>, Alesha Dixon<\/a>, and social media star KSI<\/a>, Cowell\u2019s stand-in and fellow TV personality Bradley Walsh<\/a>, known for hosting popular shows including The Chase<\/a>, was seen arriving at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool for auditions. <\/p>\n Declan Donnelly<\/a>, who presents the show along with his longtime professional partner Ant McPartlin<\/a>, also turned up to the venue to cheers from fans who lined the streets. <\/p>\n It is believed that Walsh, 66, is stepping in solely for the audition process, with Cowell, 67, hoping to be recovered in time to return for the main show. <\/p>\n The official Britain\u2019s Got Talent social media channels shared a humorous clip unveiling Walsh as the guest judge on Monday evening (12 October). \u201cIt\u2019s time to put an end to those rumours\u2026 We\u2019ve got a new Guest Judge on the BGT panel \u2013 it\u2019s Bradley Walsh!\u201d the caption said. <\/p>\n In the clip, Holden joked about the rumours surrounding the guest judge: \u201cI heard that he\u2019s gonna be on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury\u2026 with Mr Tumble.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI heard he made a diss track about me,\u201d KSI complained, while Dixon claimed: \u201cI heard that he\u2019s a table tennis world champion.\u201d<\/p>\n Walsh then popped up and quoted his famous catchphrase from The Chase: \u201cStop the clock, that is wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s me, Bradley Walsh!\u201d he announced. <\/p>\n Walsh also filmed a clip of himself on set on the first day of auditions. \u201cIt\u2019s going very well, I\u2019m enjoying it!\u201d he told viewers. \u201cAnd Amanda, Alesha and KSI are so lovely to work with.\u201d<\/p>\n Cowell was also covered by a number of guest judges on sister show America\u2019s Got Talent earlier this summer, including comedian Kenan Thompson. <\/p>\n The TV star has undergone a series of operations in recent years after breaking his back in an electric bike accident in 2020<\/a>, which required six hours of surgery.<\/p>\n His injuries prevented him from appearing in the 2020 season of Britain\u2019s Got Talent, when he was temporarily replaced by former winner Ashley Banjo<\/a>.<\/p>\n
