ONE particular Supercars driver\u2019s name is being linked to opportunities aboard the #6 NASCAR Cup Series seat which Brad Keselowski will vacate at year\u2019s end.<\/p>\n
That\u2019s the word in the States, per the Door Bumper Clear podcast.<\/p>\n
V8 Sleuth understands it\u2019s more likely in the capacity of a two-race road course campaign with RFK Racing than a full-season program in 2027.<\/p>\n
\u201cInterestingly enough, I have been hearing an Australian driver\u2019s name mentioned a heck of a lot around that #6 car for next year,\u201d said Freddie Kraft, who is Bubba Wallace\u2019s full-time spotter.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s not SVG (Shane van Gisbergen).<\/p>\n
\u201cI think he\u2019s from Australia. He runs in Australian Supercars. But I\u2019ve heard that name mentioned a little bit, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out.\u201d<\/p>\n
The identity of the driver is unclear, although there are a couple of logical candidates.<\/p>\n
