\u201cAnyone who knows Chloe knows what an incredibly strong, fit and determined young woman she is,\u201d the fundraiser said. <\/p>\n
\u201cShe has a heart of gold, and her kind, caring and loving nature touches everyone lucky enough to know her.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf anyone has the strength and determination to face this battle, it\u2019s Chloe. And she won\u2019t be facing it alone.\u201d<\/p>\n
The page has so far raised more than $14,000.<\/p>\n
\u201cAs Chloe begins what could be a long and challenging road to recovery, her parents, Kathy and Kevin, need to be by her side, focusing all their energy on supporting their beautiful girl.<\/p>\n

An update on the injured teen\u2019s progress said Chloe spoke for the first time after surgery today and was showing improvements every day.
