(NYSE: AMP) today announced that three established financial advisor teams managing nearly $1.2 billion in combined client assets have recently joined its branch channel from RBC Capital Markets, LLC. The teams include The GEN Group in Vienna, Va., Vantage Axia Wealth in Denver, Colo., and Chad Lewis in West Des Moines, Iowa.<\/p>\n

\nThe GEN Group joins for industry-leading technology and breadth of capabilities<\/p>\n

\nThe GEN Group, led by private wealth advisor Matt Lanham and financial advisor Amanda Catalina, has joined in Vienna, Va., with over $750 million in client assets. The team also includes client service associates Nicole Aguinaldo and Ari Aguinaldo.<\/p>\n

\nAfter evaluating multiple firms, the team says they selected Ameriprise for its integrated technology platform, comprehensive planning capabilities and the strength of its advisor support model.<\/p>\n
