With over two decades of physically demanding work in the building industry under his belt, roofer Tommy Alsop thought he was in decent shape.<\/p>\n

It was only when a health issue arose and he became frustrated with the level of holistic care provided that he decided to take matters into his own hands. Realising that he had no idea what was really going on inside his own body<\/a>\u00a0– and that his caregivers had never looked beyond his specific injury – Tommy, now 41, began scrutinising every aspect of his health and lifestyle.<\/p>\n
