If I’m visiting Sydney, where should I eat dinner?<\/p>\n

So many to choose from, but \u2013 apart from my place Bistro Red Lion by Manu \u2013 I\u2019d say King Clarence, modern Asian fusion.<\/p>\n

If you had to spend the rest of your life eating only French, Australian or British cuisine, which would you choose?<\/p>\n

That one is pretty easy. British hasn\u2019t got much of a cuisine, Australia is a melting pot of different cuisine that I enjoy, but it has to be French, one of the most respected, popular and delicious cuisine in the world.<\/p>\n

Would you rather receive three Michelin stars or an Emmy?<\/p>\n

That is a very interesting question, as a young version of me I would have said three Michelin stars, 10 years ago I would have said a Emmy, and today neither. I do not need any validation anymore. I\u2019m happy with who I am.<\/p>\n

If I’m invited to a small, casual dinner party at your place, what will you serve?<\/p>\n

Well that depends on the day and the season. Let’s say it’s summer: everything to share, dips, cured or marinated seafood like ceviche, a great piece of beef on the BBQ with a zingy chimichurri.<\/p>\n

Which five words best describe you as a teenager?<\/p>\n

Cheeky, funny, caring, hard working, frustrated.<\/p>\n

What’s one personal trait of yours that you work on keeping in check?<\/p>\n

Grumpiness.<\/p>\n

What’s the best book you’ve ever read?<\/p>\n

The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho, I have followed that mantra all my life.<\/p>\n

I have to say SAUCES.<\/p>\n
