It’s that time of the weekend again, where we at Digital Spy look ahead to some of the biggest shows that are hitting the small screen this coming week. And in true fashion, we have plenty of great suggestions.<\/p>\n

In the list this week there is a returning action-thriller series from Prime Video<\/a>, a brand-new cosy crime drama from the BBC, and also the continuation of a beloved rom-com on Netflix<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Oh, and we also have the second season of a wildly-popular crime drama from the BBC. So strap in, and feast your eyes on these six shows that you should definitely check out this week!<\/p>\n

The Terminal List season 2\"chris<\/p>\n

Prime Video<\/p>\n

We’re starting off with this fast-paced action-thriller<\/a>, which is back with its second season. Chris Pratt is back as James Reece, a US Navy Seal at the centre of Jack Carr’s popular series of novels.<\/p>\n

This time around, Reece is backed into a corner by the CIA, and is tasked with stopping a resurgent terrorist group. From there he uncovers a sinister conspiracy, which takes him on a globe-trotting mission.<\/p>\n

The Terminal List season 2 streams from Wednesday 21 October on Prime Video.<\/p>\n

Nobody Wants This season 3\"adam<\/p>\n

Netflix<\/p>\n

The beloved rom-com is back<\/a>, with the story of Joanne (Kristen Bell) and Noah’s (Adam Brody) relationship continuing as the happy couple decide to take the next step and move in together.<\/p>\n

While the central duo have finally got everything into place, life is different for Sasha (Timothy Simons) and Esther (Jackie Tohn), as the former couple head back into the world of dating following their separation.<\/p>\n

Nobody Wants This streams from Thursday 22 October on Netflix.<\/p>\n

The Northumbria Mysteries\"robson<\/p>\n

BBC<\/p>\n

The first brand-new project in this list, with the cosy crime drama<\/a> following former convict Joe Ruby (Robson Green) and DI Rose O’Connell (Liz White) as they team up to solve some crimes in the North East of England.<\/p>\n

Given their contrasting backgrounds, it comes as no surprise that the pair have differing attitudes and demeanours. But in the pursuit of justice, can they work together successfully over the course of 10 episodes?<\/p>\n

The Northumbria Mysteries premieres on Friday 23 October at 2pm on BBC One, and will also stream on BBC iPlayer.<\/p>\n

Lupin part 4\"omar<\/p>\n

Emmanuel Guimier\/\/Netflix<\/p>\n

More themes of crime here, only this time the story is told from the other side of the law as the story of charismatic professional thief Assane Diop (Omar Sy) is continued after a three-year hiatus<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Assane is still in prison, and wants to serve the rest of the sentence after promising his son that they would go to Senegal. The plan hits a snag, however, as a group of museums are targeted by a copycat thief, meaning Assane has to escape prison to clear his name.<\/p>\n

Lupin part 4 streams from Friday 23 October on Netflix. <\/p>\n

This City is Ours season 2\"hannah<\/p>\n

BBC<\/p>\n

The popular BBC crime drama is back with its second season<\/a>, which takes place in the aftermath of the murder of Ricardo Guzman (Daniel Cerqueira). His younger brother, Felipe (\u00c1lvaro Morte), arrives on the scene with questions on his mind.<\/p>\n

The gang members continue to quarrel in Liverpool following a period of flux, while Michael (James Nelson-Joyce) and Diana (Hannah Onslow) will have to face questions regarding Ricardo’s murder. As one fan<\/a> put it, expect more “raw, gritty” drama.<\/p>\n

This City is Ours premieres on Sunday 25 October at 9pm on BBC One, and will also stream on BBC iPlayer. <\/p>\n

My Happy Marriage season 3\"my<\/p>\n

Kinema Citrus\/\/Netflix<\/p>\n

The popular anime series<\/a> is back for the first time since April 2025 with a special batch of episodes, with Miyo Saimori and Kiyoka Kudo potentially living up to the title by finally tying the knot.<\/p>\n

Of course, romance isn’t the only thing on the agenda, with fans expecting plenty more supernatural incidents in a historical setting. Past this, we don’t know if there’ll be any more episodes, so it could be a glorious finale!<\/p>\n
