That was certainly true on Saturday night, when top-of-the-call-sheet names descended on the historic hotel for Giorgio Armani\u2019s second annual Academy Museum Gala after-party.<\/p>\n
Right at the 10:30 p.m. kickoff, a flurry of camera flashes turned the sidewalk into a makeshift red carpet as paparazzi lined the street, eager to capture the industry\u2019s brightest stars making their entrances. A$AP Rocky shared an elevator ride up with a couple of hotel guests, who looked understandably awestruck by their surprise run-in with the rapper.
