Kevin Bacon is bringing out the big guns to help find his missing clothes: he took it to Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Footloose star, 68, <\/a>said in a video<\/a> posted Friday that he decided to ship some of his favorite clothes to himself while he works in Ireland.<\/a> However, the box of clothes has still not arrived.<\/p>\n

In a video captioned, \u201cWhere are my clothes,\u201d Bacon said: \u201cI wanted to pack light, so I decided to ship some old clothes over here to Ireland.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t buy a lot of clothes; I\u2019ve had these clothes probably since the 90s,\u201d he explained. <\/p>\n

He then went on to imply that he used FedEx to deliver the clothes<\/a>, saying, \u201cI used a shipping service that I don\u2019t want to say the name, but it rhymes with Bread Ex.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bacon said that on September 26, the box left upstate New York and went to Memphis, Tennessee, before flying to France.<\/p>\n

\u201cBy September 28th, it had arrived in Germany,\u201d he said, adding, \u201con September 29th, they shipped it straight to Israel. Not Ireland, Israel.\u201d<\/p>\n

From there, on October 3, the package went from Israel back to France, he said. It was then shipped back to Israel the next day, and to Germany the day after that.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen October 6th, it went back to Israel, not to Ireland, back to Israel,\u201d he said. \u201cBut on October 10th, that box of old clothes made its way all the way to France, and on October 11th, it arrived in the UK, in England.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cPretty close,\u201d he joked. He said the box was then finally shipped from the UK to Ireland \u201cwhere it has been sitting for five days.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, Bacon continued, the shipping service said that it cannot be delivered.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t understand why,\u201d he said. \u201cIt\u2019s just sitting there. I can\u2019t get a person on the phone. I have not been able to talk to anybody.\u201d<\/p>\n

In response to people who might tell him to buy new clothes, Bacon said, \u201cI could buy some clothes, but I want these clothes.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve had them since the 90s,\u201d he explained. \u201cThey have a certain sentimental value. Old boots, old jeans, old hats.\u201d<\/p>\n

He then asked for any suggestions from people who want to help. \u201cAm I ever going to see this stuff?\u201d he asked. \u201cIt\u2019s starting to get cold here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bacon\u2019s Instagram post <\/a>has prompted a number of comments joking about the dilemma, including one from fellow actor Justin Long, teasing: \u201cYou should\u2019ve just had them sent to Israel. You\u2019d be in full 90\u2019s grunge glory by now.\u201d<\/p>\n

FedEx said in a statement shared with The Independent: \u201cWe sincerely apologize for this experience. We are in direct contact with Mr. Bacon\u2019s team to deliver the package. This outcome should have happened sooner, and we are reviewing what went wrong to help ensure we deliver the level of service our customers expect and deserve.\u201d<\/p>\n
