Interior Health says those who consume the drug have a very high risk of overdosing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt does not contain hydromorphone,\u201d Interior Health states in a news release. \u201cUsing illicit tablets is not recommended due to the heightened risk of overdose. Be aware of risk of fakes, if not purchasing from a pharmacy.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Those who use drugs are urged to get their substances tested and to never use alone.
