The couple combined Olivia Martin\u2019s passion for marketing and entrepreneurship with Kyle Martin\u2019s experience and founded KTX Window Cleaning in 2018.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt’s been the hardest thing that we’ve ever done … but it’s been the most rewarding,\u201d Olivia Martin said. \u201cIt means the world that we can set our schedule and we can be present with our kids.\u201d<\/p>\n
About the company<\/p>\n
The business offers residential, commercial and office building window cleaning, as well as services such as gutter cleaning, screen repairs and pressure washing.<\/p>\n
The couple said they built the company on seven core values: safety, excellence, respect, values, integrity, customer service and efficiency.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe seven values are something I stand by every single day,\u201d Olivia Martin said. \u201cWe want our customers to know that when they hire us, they’re hiring people they can 100% trust.\u201d<\/p>\n
The local impact<\/p>\n
Along with servicing small businesses, local restaurants and churches, the Martins and their team offer free cleanings whenever possible. In the past, they\u2019ve cleaned post offices and helped homeowners who are unable to provide proper upkeep.<\/p>\n
Olivia Martin said she remembers one free cleaning when the homeowner said the house hadn\u2019t been cleaned in 13 years.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was the most rewarding moment in our business because this woman had lost her husband, her daughter had lost her husband, and they just didn’t have the means or the physical capacity to take care of this beautiful home that they bought,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Recently, KTX Window Cleaning was named one of the Top 100 Small Businesses in America by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and recognized as the Top 10 Customer Champions.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt really is an amazing recognition, and I think that’s what brought the tears to my eyes, it was like, we’ve worked so hard,\u201d Olivia Martin said. \u201cA lot of people don’t understand the stress that a small business owner goes through.\u201d<\/p>\n
