Jarden, on Skelton\u2019s remarks in court<\/a>, added: \u201cThis feedback does not align with the characterisation of our culture being presented.\u201d<\/p>\n They added: \u201cAs this is a matter involving a former employee, we do not intend to engage in a public exchange of allegations.\u201d<\/p>\n In August, Judge Kathryn Beck said she had no jurisdiction to rule<\/a> on Jarden\u2019s application for \u201cdeliver up\u201d orders.<\/p>\n She sent the case to the Employment Relations Authority (ERA).<\/p>\n But the ERA sent the case back this month,<\/a> as Jarden desired, saying a \u201cconspiracy claim\u201d of the nature involved fell outside ERA jurisdiction.<\/p>\n Judge Beck yesterday reserved her decision, meaning she will issue it at a date to be decided.<\/p>\n
