\n\tSelena Gomez<\/a> and Demi Lovato<\/a> have reunited to take fans back in time. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe pair have joined forces for a new campaign for Gomez\u2019s Rare Beauty<\/a> brand titled \u201cStill Making Each Other Blush\u201d that introduces The Delena: Soft Pinch Blush Bundle, which includes Rare Beauty\u2019s Soft Pinch Liquid Blush in the stars\u2019 respective favorite shades of Hope and Virtue, as well as a Soft Pinch Blush Brush. <\/p>\n

\n\tDelena, of course, is the joint name fans gave the duo who commonly referred to themselves as \u201cbest friends\u201d during the height of their Disney Channel fame in the late 2000s, before they publicly distanced themselves from each other over the years. Gomez and Lovato famously became pals on the set of Barney & Friends as child actors ahead of their respective star-making roles in Disney\u2019s Wizards of Waverly Place and Camp Rock. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe campaign sees the pair pay homage to the movie poster for their 2009 Disney Channel Original Movie Princess Protection Program, in which they co-starred as a princess forced to flee her country and a regular girl now tasked with helping her conceal her identity.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs part of the campaign, the duo released a roughly four-minute clip reminiscent of the vlog-style YouTube videos they routinely made together back in 2008. <\/p>\n

\n\tIn the new video, Gomez and Lovato answer questions, recall their go-to red carpet pose (as pictured above), and lip-sync and dance to \u201cOne and the Same,\u201d the song they recorded together for the Princess Protection Program soundtrack.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI felt like that was our moment when we felt like Avril Lavigne,\u201d Gomez said, reminiscing on the pair\u2019s experience shooting the music video for the track. \u201cWe were so into it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cAnd Kelly Clarkson,\u201d Lovato chimed in. \u201cAlways Kelly Clarkson.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn May 2020, Lovato said she wasn\u2019t close with Gomez during a cover story interview<\/a> with Harper\u2019s Bazaar.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWhen you grow up with somebody, you\u2019re always going to have love for them,\u201d Lovato said. \u201cBut I\u2019m not friends with her\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe pair first publicly reunited when Gomez attended a concert on Lovato\u2019s It\u2019s Not That Deep Tour in Orlando in April of this year. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThere have been different chapters throughout our lives, and naturally, friends are in each other\u2019s lives heavily at times, and then sometimes you\u2019re not in constant communication,\u201d Lovato told Elle<\/a> in a new interview. \u201cBut Selena is someone that I\u2019ve always loved and adored. It\u2019s really great to be in a place today where we can collaborate on things, but also just hang out and spend time together.\u201d<\/p>\n
