\u201cI let a lot of things go that I should have been taking care of,\u201d she said. \u201cSo anyway, when I got around to it, the doctors said \u2018we need to take care of this\u2019 and \u2018we need to take care of that\u2019. Nothing major, but I did have to cancel some things.\u201d<\/p>\n

Parton said she needed to be closer to home because she was having \u201ca few treatments here and there\u201d. <\/p>\n

The singer was set to do a six-show Las Vegas residency at Caesars Palace in December; however, that was postponed in September due to health issues.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut I wanted you to know that I\u2019m not dying,\u201d she said in the post. <\/p>\n

The video concluded with Parton telling fans, \u201cI\u2019m not ready to die yet. I don\u2019t think God is through with me, and I ain\u2019t done working.\u201d <\/p>\n

Parton\u2019s update comes after her sister Freida Parton wrote<\/a> in a Facebook post that she had been \u201cup all night praying\u201d for Dolly, sparking concerns about the singer\u2019s health. <\/p>\n

\u201cMany of you know she hasn\u2019t been feeling her best lately. I truly believe in the power of prayer, and I have been led to ask all of the world that loves her to be prayer warriors and pray with me.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s strong, she\u2019s loved, and with all the prayers being lifted for her, I know in my heart she\u2019s going to be just fine.\u201d <\/p>\n

She later made another post clarifying that she did not mean to scare anybody. <\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s been a little under the weather, and I simply asked for prayers because I believe so strongly in the power of prayer.
