The ongoing controversy and legal battle around Sunjay Kapur\u2019s will after his death has been getting a lot of media attention. His ex-wife, actor Karisma Kapoor\u2019s kids have also filed a case in the matter to fight for their share in the estate. In the latest updates, their lawyer has claimed that there are many faults in Sunjay Kapur\u2019s will, and that it could also be a \u2018forged\u2019 one. They have accused his wife, Priya Sachdev, of the same, as per the reports. Read here to know more.<\/p>\n

New Updates In Sunjay Kapur\u2019s Will Case<\/p>\n

There has been a lot of back and forth in the Sunjay Kapur\u2019s will case, with many of his family members fighting their case. Karisma Kapoor\u2019s lawyer Senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani is fighting the case for her kids, and in the latest updates on the matter, he had pointed out some flaws in Sunjay Kapur\u2019s will. As per a Hindustan Times report, he has claimed in the Delhi High Court that the will was \u2018forged\u2019 and also had many mistakes. He further added that this could have been done to keep Karisma\u2019s kids away from their share in the estate.<\/p>\n

He further pointed out some mistakes like the wrong address of his daughter in the will, and his son\u2019s name mispelled in many places, as per the report. The senior advocate questioned the mistakes and stated that it was hard to believe Sunjay Kapur made such mistakes after having close relationship with his kids. Many details about the jewellery and estate were also not provided in the will, as per the advocate.<\/p>\n

They have also claimed that Priya Sachdev could be responsible for the forged will.<\/p>\n

A few days back the court had also asked Priya Sachdev to declare all the movable and immovable assets of her late husband.<\/p>\n
