The All Whites take on Norway in an international friendly in Oslo on Wednesday morning as they look to bounce back from their 1-0 defeat to Poland.<\/p>\n

All Whites captain and Nottingham Forest striker Chris Wood had been expected to go head-to-head with another of the Premier League’s top goalscorers Erling Haaland but the latter has been released from the Norway squad to return to Manchester City.<\/p>\n

Should the All Whites win next month’s Oceania World Cup qualifiers in Wellington and Auckland, to secure a place at the 2026 World Cup in Canada, Mexico, and the USA, the match will form a critical part of the team’s build-up programme of fixtures.<\/p>\n
