The improvement chiefly came from heavy industry.<\/p>\n<p>In July, Beijing called for curbing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.cn\/yaowen\/liebiao\/202507\/content_7030285.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">\u201clow-price, disorderly\u201d <\/a>competition and promoting the exit of outdated capacity.
