The daughter of Sue and Noel Radford, Sophie has been inundated with support from fans after sharing a touching family announcement. Sophie gained fame alongside her numerous siblings in 2012, when the family first welcomed television crews into their home.

Since then, her mum and dad have welcomed additional children to their household and the family have remained firmly in the public eye – with the latest series of Channel 5’s 22 Kids and Counting airing earlier this year.

As for Sophie, she is a dedicated mum to Daisy Mae, Ayprill Louise, 10, and Leo, nine, whom she shares with Joe Broadley. However, in May, Sophie appeared to suggest she had separated from Joe, a decade following their nuptials, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Despite this, this week, Sophie touched her fans as she shared a special family milestone. Taking to her Instagram account, Sophie uploaded a sweet tribute for her daughter Daisy, who marked her 13th birthday.

Alongside a snap of Daisy from their current Florida holiday, Sophie wrote in the caption: “Huge happy 13th birthday to my little Daisy well not so little because she’s taller than me. How do I have a teenager love you so much my girl.”

Fans rushed to the comments section to share their well-wishes with many getting emotional about ‘how rapidly time has flown’. One person wrote: “Happy birthday Daisy can’t believe she’s 13 already, wow she’s so beautiful.”

Another fan chimed in: “Happy 13th birthday Daisy, where has the time gone [sobbing face emoji] and I hope you’re having the best day so far.” A third added: “Wow 13 teenager. Happy birthday, Daisy.”

Daisy’s birthday arrives just months after Sophie suggested a separation from her husband Joe, whom she married in 2015. During an Instagram Q&A session, a follower asked her directly: “Are you single?” to which she simply responded: “Yes.”

She then halted any further questions on the subject, declaring: “That’s all that will be said on it.” The couple’s break up might not surprise some viewers of the reality TV show.

Last year, she was captured on camera revealing she had reached her lowest point. In the clip, where she reflected on her life approaching her 30th birthday, she admitted that becoming parents had impacted her marriage.

“With me and Joe, we used to go out to cinemas, out for meals, go out shopping, do all sorts of things. Had things and it all stopped,” she confessed. Because I’ve seen my mum and dad so happy, I do feel like I should be like that as well. However, it’s not for everyone.”
