Worcestershire County Cricket Club Can Confirm That Ed Pollock Will Leave After Four Years With The Club
After joining the club in the winter of 2021, Ed made his competitive debut in the following season, going on to make 86 first team appearances across all three-formats.
In a four-year spell with Worcestershire, the batter accumulated almost 2,000 runs, with centuries in both red and white ball matches during that time.
A destructive white-ball player on his day, Ed registered his highest score for the club during last season’s Metro Bank One Day Cup match against Middlesex, where he plundered 180 from 138 balls.
Worcestershire Men’s Head Coach Alan Richardson thanked Pollock for his contribution during his time at the club.
“Ed can be very proud of his time here at Worcestershire, where he made some very important contributions for the team on many different occasions.
“He is a hard-working professional who has always worn the shirt with pride and has been an incredibly popular member within the changing room.
“Although his time has come to an end here, we wish him all the best with his future endeavours. He will always be welcome back”.
