She is without a doubt the hottest property in pop in 2025 and JADE will launch her debut album That’s Just Showbiz in her native North East with a special midnight signing. And it’s going to happen at a famous record store in the heart of Newcastle.
The last of the Little Mix girls to go solo, JADE followed in the footsteps of Leigh-Anne and Perrie by venturing out alone last summer and had an immediate impact as her debut single Angel of My Dreams, was quickly championed as THE pop record of the year. The momentum has never dropped since either, with her back catalogue already full of anthems like IT Girl, FUFN and Plastic Box and now, after quite a summer, JADE is gearing up to release her first ever solo album.
This year has seen the singer give barnstorming performances at all manner events, starting off with the BRITs, where she treated the O2 Arena crowd and millions of viewers at home to a real spectacle after collecting the Best Pop award. From there, JADE has delivered incredible sets at the likes of Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Glastonbury and TRNSMT and, in July, brought the house down at The Glasshouse in Gateshead, where she headlined at night of the BBC Proms, alongside Royal Northern Sinfonia.
And, at the end of next week she’ll be back on home turf for the release of That’s Showbiz Baby, fresh from supporting Chappell Roan at her massive outdoor gigs in Edinburgh. And, fans wanting to get their hands on a copy as soon as they can, need to try and get a ticket for the launch event at Reflex, as the Newcastle city centre record store announced on Tuesday evening, that it would be opening its doors at 11.45pm on Thursday, September 11, ahead of JADE meeting fans and signing copies from midnight.
The signing will be a wristbanded event. To secure yours, you need to pre-order the album on any format from Reflex. You can do this from the Reflex website from 11am on Wednesday, September 3.
