SGH appeals for family to assist in Kek Siew Lan’s psychiatric care

SGH calls on family members of Kek Siew Lan to come forward for treatment assistance.

KUCHING (Sept 2): The Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) is seeking for the next-of-kin of a patient, Kek Siew Lan, who was admitted to the hospital on Aug 26.

In a statement today, SGH said the patient’s last known address was at Taman Liong Seng, Batu 2 1/2, Off Jalan Rock here.

“The patient was brought to the hospital by a friend and is currently treatment at the Psychiatric Ward. However, she has not been able to provide clear information to facilitate further treatment,” read the statement.

The hospital has urged any next-of-kin or family members of Kek Siew Lan to come forward immediately to assist in the matter.

“They may call the Psychiatric Ward on 082-276666 (ext. 5084) or reach out to SGH medical social work officer Rachel Lawrence Lendang on 082-276 666,” it added.
