Remains have been found in the search for a Welsh man who has been missing for over six years. Jordan Moray went missing from his home in Cwmbach, Rhondda Cynon Taf in July 2019 and had not been seen since he was reported missing on August 2.

His family issued numerous desperate appeals in the years since in the hope someone would come forward with information about his whereabouts. However, his brother Josh confirmed on Wednesday (September 10) that a walker came across human remains while walking in the Brecon Beacons, Bannau Brycheniog, on August 29.

It has since been confirmed that those remains, found in a remote area near Llwyn On Reservoir, are those of Mr Moray.

South Wales Police confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious.

Paying tribute to him, Josh said that Jordan, who would now be 38, was his “best friend” with the pair doing “everything together”.
