Mountbatten Isle of Wight is asking people to wear the bright sunny colour on October 10 to raise money for the charity.
It will be used to help fund its services, which provide 24/7 end-of-life care in people’s homes, an inpatient unit, and a community space at the John Cheverton Centre.
People are invited to sign up for the Go Yellow 2025 event on Mountbatten’s website or by calling or emailing the fundraising team.
People are also invited to wear the colour at work, at sports games, or at school.
There are also other ways to raise money for the event, including hosting a cake sale or fashion show, selling yellow flowers, or auctioning yellow items.
Harri McNeil, Go Yellow 2025 organiser, said: “Go Yellow is a brilliant way to support Mountbatten Isle of Wight in a way that works for you.
“Dress up, eat cake, or raffle yellow items, there are so many ways to get involved.
“We will be running a blog, so do tell us what you are up to. That way, we can help you share your event.
“Good luck and whatever you do, make it yellow.”
