Nigerian disc jockey and music personality, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has hailed the wedding ceremony of her sister, Temi Otedola, proclaiming it “the wedding of the century.”

Taking to the social platform X, DJ Cuppy on Saturday, she praised the intimate union between Temi and singer Mr Eazi, describing the ceremony as subtle, elegant, and pure magic from beginning to end.

PUNCH Online reports that the Nigerian actress and fashion influencer Temi Otedola married Afrobeats star Mr Eazi in an intimate and elegant ceremony that quickly caught the attention of fans, media, and fashion critics alike.

The wedding, which was featured in Vogue, was praised for its minimalist style, emotional depth, and carefully selected guest list.

Cuppy said, “My sister @TemiOtedola had the wedding of the century… subtle, intimate, and effortlessly elegant. #LoveIsEazi was pure magic from start to finish. Anyone there couldn’t help but feel inspired. Argue with your group chat,” she wrote.

Media personality Patrick Doyle weighed in, comparing the Otedola-Eazi wedding with Davido and Chioma’s earlier lavish ceremony.

According to Doyle, Davido’s wedding was a “gaudy carnival,” while Temi’s celebration stood out for its “quiet sophistication and a carefully curated guest list.”

Cuppy later admitted that she was so captivated by Temi’s Vogue-featured wedding photos that she scrolled through them in church instead of paying attention to the service.

She also described the day as one of the most emotional moments of her life, urging fans to send love to “the new Mrs Ajibade.”

Temi’s sister, DJ Cuppy (Florence Otedola), is a well-known disc jockey, music producer, and media personality.

She’s known for her vibrant social media presence and outspoken personality. As a central figure in Nigerian pop culture, her public praise of Temi’s wedding added fuel to media coverage and fan discussions.

The wedding gained international attention after being featured in Vogue, praised for its understated elegance, curated guest list, and emotional atmosphere — a sharp contrast to the lavish, high-energy celebration of fellow Nigerian superstar Davido’s recent wedding to Chioma Rowland.
