Melbourne will be the very first Asia-Pacific stop of the Formula 1 Exhibition’s acclaimed global tour.
From the actual race cars used to compete throughout history to interactive displays and state-of-the-art racing simulators, it’s set to be an all-encompassing experience.
It’s lights out and away we go at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from November 19th, 2025 (tickets pre-sale on October 3rd, general sale on October 6th).
After a monstrously successful hot lap around the world that’s already spanned Madrid, Vienna, Toronto, London, Buenos Aires, and most recently, Amsterdam – where the show was apparently extended due to “overwhelming popular demand” – the long-awaited Formula 1 Exhibition is now pulling in to Melbourne.
The exhibition, which opens on November 29th at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, is quite fitting when you consider Australia’s cultural capital also boasts a rich history with F1. And the decision feels even more appropriate as a warm-up event ahead of the 2026 season opener at Albert Park.
Textured with exclusive contributions from F1’s greatest teams, drivers, and pundits – as well as the implicit promise to take fans on a high-octane journey of the beloved motorsport that’s managed to captivate the imaginations of millions – the exhibition opens with ‘Once Upon A Time In Formula 1,’ a gallery showcase of racing’s most defining moments.
It then takes visitors inside the factories with ‘Design Lab,’ featuring key displays from just about every team currently on the grid and Pirelli, re-examines the legendary rivalries in ‘Drives & Duels,’ explores F1’s most groundbreaking innovations and future in the ‘Revolution By Design’ component of the exhibit; before rounding it out with ‘Survival’ (“the previously unseen remains of Romain Grosjean’s burnt out HAAS race car”) and ‘The Pit Wall (“a cinematic and immersive experience that allows fans to relive the greatest moments in Formula 1 history”).
