The stars are out in force on Sunday as the celebrate the biggest night in television, the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards.
The glamorous ceremony is being held this year at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles and broadcast live on CBS beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. Paramount+ premium subscribers can also stream the Emmys live or on demand, while base-tier subscribers can stream on-demand the day after.Â
Grammy-nominated comedian Nate Bargatze is making his debut hosting the ceremony after becoming a stand-up star and a popular repeat guest on Saturday Night Live in recent years.
Apple TV+’s hit series Severance leads the nominees this year with an impressive 27 nods, including for Best Drama Series and most of the drama acting categories.
Colin Farrell‘s Batman spinoff The Penguin is competing for second place with 24 nods, while The Studio and HBO‘s The White Lotus are both tied for 23 nominations.
