Despite an unbeaten start to the Premier League campaign, Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca reportedly already knows what signing he wants the Blues to make to strengthen their team.
The Blues have started the season with two wins and two draws, and will have felt aggrieved to drop points in the last game against Brentford.
Former referee Mark Clattenburg believes Fabio Carvalho’s equalising goal shouldn’t have stood due to an offside in the build up, however the decision did not go their way.
Maresca has had to work around injuries in the early stages of the campaign, with the most significant being the loss of Levi Colwill for the majority of the campaign.

The boss has usually built his backline around Trevoh Chalobah and Tosin Adarabioyo, with Josh Acheampong starting the first game of the campaign.
It seems this depth is not enough for the Italian. Graeme Bailey has claimed that the manager is ‘adamant’ Chelsea bring in another defender.
He said: “Maresca adamant on another defender after Colwill. Can see why in Chelsea’s last performances, nowhere near standard if Chelsea want to compete for title.”
The Blues elected not to sign a new centre-back after the news that Colwill would be out for a prolonged period of time.
In fact, they actually made their options slightly weaker when they allowed Renato Veiga to move to Villarreal in the final days of the transfer window.

When looking at who might become available to the Blues in the upcoming transfer windows, no option stands out more than Marc Guehi.
The Crystal Palace captain’s contract expires at the end of the season, and a potential move to Liverpool collapsed in the final moments of the summer.
Chelsea have shown interest in Guehi since the transfer window closed, however face an uphill battle to convince him to return to Stamford Bridge, rather than move to Anfield at the end of the season.
It would be wise for the Blues to meet their manager’s demands though, given the brilliant impact he has already had in his first 12 months as a Premier League manager.
